Ordering Process

2.1Customers must supply accurate details for engraving including Text and any other required information.

2.2  Orders must be placed through the official website

2.3  Once an order is placed it cannot be modified unless we confirm otherwise.

Engraving content

3.1  Customers must ensure that the content for engraving is correct.We are not responsible for errors in spellings, grammar or design provided by you the customer.

3.2  We reserve the right to refuse any engraving requests that contain:

Offensive, Illegal, or inappropriate content. Copyrighted material without proper authorization.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure  all content submitted is free from copyright. We accept no responsibility or liability in any circumstances for any content submitted by you the customer.

We accept no liability for content that violates third party rights

Payment and Prices

4.1  All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

4.2  Payment must be made in full before engraving begins.

4.3 We accept card payments and paypal.

Production and Delivery

5.1 Engraving times vary depending on complexity and order volume.

Estimated delivery times will be adhered to as much as reasonably possible.

5.2  We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers that are not within  our control.

If any items are lost or damaged during shipping we will work with the shiiping company to resolve the issue.

Returns and refunds

6.1  Personal engraved items are non refundable unless:

the engraving differs from the submitted detail supplied by the customer 

Customers must report the issue when it is received by you the customer.

6.2  Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after reviewing the issue with the customer

Liability

7.1  We do not guarantee the longevity of the engravings due to wear and tear over time.

7.2  By submitting the design the customer confirms they have the right or appropriate  license to use the artwork. we accept no liability for submitted designs.

7.3  We accept no responsibility for damage caused by misuse, improper care or external factors.

Intellectual Property

8.1 We reserve the right to use our summited designs for promotional use on our website and by submitting you designs give engraving4you right to be used by us.

Privacy and Data Protection

Customer details will only be used for processing and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for service fulfillment.
